The Virtual Museum of History

 

..... Tyrol | South Tyrol is home to the memories of North, East and South Tyrolean interior of her life in the first half of the 20th Century. The chroniclers, born 1903-1942, come from different backgrounds, their life paths are selected examples, they are pursued from early childhood to adulthood.
The "residents" of the virtual house tell of intense personal experiences, historical events, unforgettable events and their ancestors. They can share their thoughts about identity, life in the EU, present, future, ... and the Tyrolean national hero Andreas Hofer.

 
The stories were in hours of interviews with the filmmaker and founder of the Austrian archives witnesses, Ruth German man captured on video. They are a window into the past, sustained by the vision of a new form of narrative and culture in the Internet portal "virtual house" made available in an innovative way:
Individual life paths can be tracked, reminders specifically compared, and the diverse responses to questions after yesterday.
